Refund and Returns Policy – VEXOCITY

At VEXOCITY, we strive to provide you with high-quality, stylish, and comfortable women’s fashion. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Whether it’s the wrong size, color, or simply not what you expected, we’ve made our Refund and Returns Policy simple and straightforward.

1. Returns Process

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new, unworn, and unused condition.

  • The item has all tags attached and is in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • You have the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Return an Item:

  2. Return Instructions: After contacting us, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return and ship it to the provided return address. You are responsible for the shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items).

  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). Please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process the return and issue your refund or exchange.


2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item(s). Please note the following:

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item is not in original condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing tags).


3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and send the replacement item to you. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange unless it is due to an error on our part.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift Cards or similar items.

  • Final Sale items or products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Items that have been used or altered in any way.

Please review product details before purchasing to confirm whether an item is eligible for return or exchange.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@vexocity.com or call us at (937) 444-0160. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. We may request photos of the defective or damaged item for verification purposes.


6. Sale and Promotional Items

Sale or promotional items may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the same conditions outlined above. However, any discounts or promotional offers will only be honored as per the original sale conditions. If the returned item was purchased using a promotion or discount, the refund will be based on the original price paid.


7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you will need to follow our returns process to return the item after it arrives.
